IP Licensing
Our firm's licensing team focuses on IP licensing issues arising in the context of licensing transactions, documentation and operation of technology transfers. We act as an interface between academic and research institutions and the industry and help in commercialization of IP by helping build strategic alliances and forming corporate partnerships on a global or domestic level, including joint ventures, research and development agreements, marketing, distribution and other kinds of commercial agreements.

IP Training
Increasing awareness among Indian institutions and local startup firms is one of the main visions of our founders. Our firm is dedicated to providing pro bono services which is our way of giving back to the community. This underlying philosophy drives our IP-related training initiatives. Towards this end our patent engineers do training programs at institutions at very reasonable prices and in some cases, free-of-cost.

Our IP-related training services are geared towards empowering academic and research institutions and to help them compete in a global economy, notwithstanding their financial constraints. We assist academic and research institutions in attaining an IP-driven business model. For a very nominal cost, we also provide IP training services to our corporate clients. Our staff trains scientists, engineers and patent engineers in the art of patent drafting. We also consult with governmental entities and provide strategic support for setting up Technology Licensing Units
